Ideal location near train stations. Close to shops. Staff is helpful and kind. Verynice and neat. Room is spacious and well-equipped. Convenient for commuting around Tokyo. Good value for money.

Planned to see Machida major attractions and it was super base for visiting all of them. Room was good value. Hotel has helpfull staff. The property is located in the tourist zone. We can recommend this hotel.

Near to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. My room was with a hot tub, a plus for me.

Great location! Super close to the train stations and shops. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They had a reliable Wi-Fi connection which was a bonus!
The room was cramped and poorly ventilated, which was tough during the hotter days. The breakfast was nothing to write home about.

The hotel's location is great! It's just a short walk from the train station in a nice suburban area. The staff are very helpful and kind. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and larger than most in Japan.

The hotel is conveniently located in a residential area near the train station, ideal for those who want to explore the surroundings. the staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean, spacious and well, equipped according to previous reviews. Guests also appreciated the provided Wi, Fi and the proximity to shops and train stations.
Some guests experienced problems with the smoking rooms, so it's advisable to book non, smoking rooms only, as recommended by a previous reviewer.

My New Year stay at this hotel was wonderful. the staff was very helpful and accommodating. the location was perfect, with easy access to both train stations and nearby shops and restaurants.
There were a couple of downsides to my experience. the bed was not as comfortable as I would have liked, and the pillows could have been firmer.
